[there would be dialogue in this story - alongside a title:] (After falling into the world of "Azur Lane", Monika and her newborn baby girl Minika have been living with the shipgirls of the Iron Blood. All the while, Bismarck - a battleship shipgirl with a stubborn personality - seems to have a noticeable belly bump; which she is calling a tumor. However, Bismarck started to have agonizing stomach pains one day - but still refuses to believe that her belly bump isn't a tumor. But as the group arrives at the Sakura Empire base, Akashi - a repair ship shipgirl with an oddly cat-like personality, as indicated by the cat ears visible in her hair - revealed that Bismarck was actually nine months pregnant and was going into labor.)

Title: Unexpected Blessings (Scene: Iron Blood base, living quarters. Monika is sitting on the couch, cradling little Minika in her arms. Bismarck enters, clutching her belly.) Monika: Bismarck, are you alright? You seem to be in pain. Maybe you should see a medic? Bismarck: (gritting her teeth) It's just this damn tumor, Monika. I've put up with it for months now, it's nothing to worry about. Monika: But Bismarck, you should at least get it checked out. You've been having these stomach pains for a while now. Bismarck: (sighs) Fine, if it will put your worries at ease. But I assure you, it's nothing more than a nuisance. (Scene: Sakura Empire base. Bismarck is lying on an examination table, surrounded by the shipgirls and Akashi.) Akashi: (peering at Bismarck's belly) Nyan~ Bismarck, you have quite the strong tumor there. Bismarck: (gritting her teeth, groaning in pain) I told you Akashi, it's not a tumor! Akashi: Nyan~ We'll see about that, Bismarck. (Pulls out a stethoscope) Let's listen to your "tumor" and see what it has to say, shall we? (Scene: Akashi places the stethoscope on Bismarck's belly, listening intently. Suddenly, a faint heartbeat is heard.) Akashi: (wide-eyed) Nyan~ Bismarck, you may want to sit down for this. Bismarck: (confused) What is it, Akashi? Is something wrong with the tumor? (Scene: Akashi holds up a sonogram image, showing a baby inside Bismarck's womb.) Akashi: Nyan~ Bismarck, this "tumor" of yours is actually a baby. You're going into labor! Bismarck: (shocked) What?! That can't be possible! I-I didn't even know I was pregnant! (Scene: Bismarck's labor room. Monika, Akashi, and the shipgirls are by her side, providing support.) Monika: Bismarck, you're doing great! Just breathe through the contractions. Bismarck: (gritting her teeth, in pain) I can't believe this... I never expected to become a mother. (Scene: Bismarck pushes one final time, and the cries of a newborn baby fill the room.) Bismarck: (in awe, tears of joy streaming down her face) My baby... I... I'm a mother. (Scene: Monika hands Bismarck her little bundle of joy. She cradles the baby girl in her arms with a mix of amazement and love.) Monika: Congratulations, Bismarck. You've been blessed with a beautiful daughter. Bismarck: (whispering, tears of joy falling on the baby's face) Minika... I will protect you with everything I have. You are my unexpected blessing. (Scene: The shipgirls surround Bismarck, exchanging smiles and tears of joy, celebrating this miracle.) Akashi: Nyan~ Welcome to the world, little Minika. You have a strong and loving mother to guide you. (Scene: The shipgirls, Monika, and little Minika bask in the joy of newfound family as the world of Azur Lane continues to turn.)
