Title: The Cheez It Bowl FADE IN EXT. LIVING ROOM - DAY We open to a living room, where a group of friends is gathered and watching a football game on the TV. They're cheering their favorite team and eating snacks while they watch. CUT TO INT. KITCHEN - DAY One of the friends, JASON, picks up a big bowl of Cheez It snack crackers and brings it to the living room. JASON: Hey, guys! Who's up for some Cheez It? ALL: (cheering) Oh yeah! CUT TO INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY Jason puts the bowl on the coffee table, and everyone digs into the cheesy goodness. AMY: These are so addictive! I can't stop eating them. JASON: I know, right? That's why I got the family-sized bowl. MIKE: (jokingly) I may have to call in sick tomorrow just to finish this bowl. Everyone laughs. CUT TO INT. COMMERCIAL BREAK - DAY A commercial comes on for the Cheez It Bowl, an annual college football game. ANNOUNCER (V.O): Coming this December, the Cheez It Bowl, where the top college football teams will compete for the ultimate prize. CUT TO INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY JASON: Hey, did you guys see the Cheez It Bowl commercial? MIKE: Yeah, I did. I'm so excited for it. AMY: Me too! It's always a good game. JASON: You know what? We should have our own Cheez It Bowl right now. ALL: Yeah! CUT TO INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY The friends clear the coffee table, and Jason places the bowl of Cheez It crackers in the middle of it. JASON: Here are the rules: every time your team scores, you get to eat a handful of Cheez Its. MIKE: And every time the other team scores, you have to eat two handfuls! AMY: (jokingly) What if your team doesn't score at all? JASON: (smiling) Then you get to watch us eat and envy our Cheez It goodness. The friends laugh and get back to the game, munching on Cheez It crackers each time their team scores. FADE TO INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT The game is over, and the friends are stuffed with Cheez It crackers. AMY: (burping) I don't think I can eat anymore. JASON: Yeah, I don't think the Cheez It Bowl has ever made me this full before. MIKE: (smiling) But it was totally worth it. CUT TO INT. COMMERCIAL BREAK - DAY The same Cheez It Bowl commercial plays on the TV. ANNOUNCER (V.O): The Cheez It Bowl, where greatness is earned on the field and greatness can be found in your bowl. CUT TO INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY The friends exchange happy glances and smile. FADE OUT
