{KINGDOM OF VIOLIGHT - RANSEI REGION} Shadecleaver: "Ugh...my head..." (Shadecleaver awakens in the kingdom of Violight with no memory of how he got there.) Shadecleaver: "Where...am I...?" (Shadecleaver notices a castle next to him, and walks inside.) Shadecleaver: "This place is...strange." (As Shadecleaver walks across the castle, he hears something coming from one of the chambers. It sounded like...screams of pain.) Shadecleaver: "Huh?" (Shadecleaver enters the chamber the screams are coming from and sees the Warlord of Violight - Ginchiyo - on the bed, clutching her belly in pain. Her belly was round and swollen.) Ginchiyo: "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!" Shadecleaver: "Are you alright? What's happening?" Ginchiyo: "I...I don't know. The pain...it's unbearable!" (Just then, Nene - the Warlord of the kingdom of Viperia - rushes into the chamber.)

Nene: "Ginchiyo, what happened? I heard you scream!" Ginchiyo: "Nene, I...I think I'm going into labor!" Nene: "Labor? But how? You're not...you can't be..." Shadecleaver: "What's going on? Why is this happening?" Nene: "Ginchiyo...she's pregnant. We had no idea, but it seems the time has come for her to give birth." Shadecleaver: "But...how did she get pregnant? And what about the screams of pain?" Ginchiyo: "I...I don't know. This...this shouldn't be happening. It's impossible." Nene: "We need to get her to a healer, someone who can help her through this." (Shadecleaver and Nene quickly escort Ginchiyo out of the chamber and through the castle in search of a healer. As they navigate the halls, they come across a wounded soldier.) Soldier: "Please...help me..." Shadecleaver: "What happened to you?" Soldier: "It was...the shadows...they attacked us. They came out of nowhere and overwhelmed our defenses. Our forces were scattered...I don't know what happened to the others..." Nene: "The shadows? This is worse than we thought...there is something dark and sinister at work here." Shadecleaver: "We need to find a healer quickly, help Ginchiyo, and figure out what's behind these shadow attacks." (With determination in their eyes, Shadecleaver, Nene, and the soldier continue their search for a healer, unaware of the darkness that awaits them in the kingdom of Violight.)
