Derek sat nervously in the waiting room of the plastic surgery center, his mind still reeling from what had just transpired. He couldn't believe that he had actually managed to hypnotize his bully, Alex, into wanting to undergo surgery to become a girl. But here they were, sitting side by side, awaiting their appointments. As Derek glanced over at Alex, he couldn't help but smirk at the sight of him wearing a ginormous stuffed bra and a crop top. "Looking good, Alex," Derek teased, unable to contain his amusement. Alex grinned back at him, his eyes shining with excitement. "Thanks, Derek! I can't believe you brought me here. I've always wanted to be a girl, and now it's finally happening!" he exclaimed, bouncing up and down in his seat. As they waited, Alex eagerly listed off the ten surgeries he had signed up for, each one more extravagant than the last. "I'm getting breast implants, a nose job, lip injections, butt implants, the works! I want to be the prettiest girl in town," he gushed. Derek couldn't help but chuckle at Alex's enthusiasm. "I'm glad I could help make your dreams come true, Alex. And I have to say, you've really committed to the whole transformation," he remarked, gesturing to the fake breasts peeking out from Alex's top. Alex blushed but grinned proudly. "I've been practicing talking like a girl too! Wanna hear?" he asked eagerly, his voice pitched higher than usual. Derek nodded, curious to hear Alex's new voice. And when Alex began to speak, it was like a whole new person had taken over. He spoke in a high-pitched, bubbly tone, punctuating his words with giggle and air kisses. Derek was stunned by the sudden transformation in Alex's demeanor. He had never seen him so carefree and happy before. It was like the hypnotism had unlocked a side of Alex that had been hidden away for years. As they were called into their respective appointments, Alex skipped ahead, his bra bouncing with each step. Derek followed behind, still in awe of the changes that had taken place.
