(In the clubroom...) Monika: "I'm here, everyone!" (The clubroom was completely silent.) Monika: "...everyone? Hello?" (There's still silence.) Monika: "Everyone must've gone home already..." (Just then, Monika's phone buzzes - it was a message in the club's group chat. The message was a picture showing Yuri, Sayori, and Natsuki - all of whom were heavily pregnant, with Yuri having twins - right next to each other wearing different hospital gowns - Yuri had a purple hospital gown with a knife pattern, Sayori had a light blue hospital gown with a sunflower pattern, and Natsuki was wearing a pink hospital gown with a cupcake pattern. The picture was taken in a delivery room. She looks down to see what each of them texted - starting with Yuri.)
