Make a detailed story set in an alternate universe where Germany won WW2. A massive brutish German soldier takes a bath in a pond in the nude. Jokingly describe his butt. Describe him washing himself off. Describe how he looks as he decides to relieve himself by letting out a massive fart in the water. It stinks so bad that a few fish die and float up to the surface. The brute grabs some of the fish to cook up for later.
