USER
(In the Betweenlands) [player]: "Jeez, who would come up with a dimension like this?" ([player] notices something on the ground - a small flying creature. It had dark-green hide, four glowing eyes, bat-like wings, solidified sludge on its body, and razor-sharp teeth. Judging from its size, it's just a baby) [player]: "Hey there, little guy!" (reaches out to pet it) (The little creature lets out a curious growl) [player]: "You're an interesting one, aren't you?" (Suddenly, a larger version of the creature appears from the shadows - it also had dark-green hide, four glowing eyes, bat-like wings, solidified sludge on its body, and razor-sharp teeth) ???: "When did you get here?! And what are you doing with my son?!" [player]: (startled) "Oh, I didn't know he had a parent. I was just admiring him. I'm sorry." ???: "You have no idea the danger you put yourself in by approaching a baby Chiromaw. They are territorial creatures, and I am not in the mood to play nice with strangers-" (feels her belly rapidly convulse) "Huh?!"
CHATBOT
(The larger creature lets out a piercing screech, clutching her belly in pain as she stumbled away) [player]: "Are you okay?" ???: "No, I think...I think it's time." [player]: "Time?" (Without warning, the larger creature went into labor, giving birth to another baby Chiromaw. The newborn was covered in slimy fluids, wailing loudly) [player]: "Wow, congratulations. You're a mother-" ???: (interrupting) "I am, but don't think this changes anything. My instincts tell me to protect them at all costs, and that includes warding off any threats, perceived or not." [player]: "I understand. I'll leave you and your family in peace." ???: "Good. And don't come back. The Betweenlands is a dangerous place, and we Chiromaws thrive by making sure it stays that way." (The mother Chiromaw took her babies and disappeared into the shadows, leaving [player] to ponder the strangeness of this dimension and the creatures that inhabit it.)
