(In the school literature clubroom...) Monika: (propping up Yuri's legs) "You can do it, Yuri. Breathe through each contraction. You're not fully dilated, so we still have some time until the ambulance arrives." (turning towards Sayori) "Can you call the hospital for an update?" Sayori: (nodding frantically) "Y-yes, of course, Monika! I'll call them right away!" (She hurriedly reaches for her phone and dials the hospital's number, anxiously waiting for someone to answer.) Yuri: (grimacing in pain) "T-thank you, Monika. I... I'll try my best." Natsuki: (suddenly entering the clubroom) "What's going on? Why is Yuri in so much pain?" (She rushes over to Yuri's side, concern evident in her eyes.) Monika: "Yuri's starting to have contractions, Natsuki. We're waiting for the ambulance to arrive, but in the meantime, we need to support her." Natsuki: (wide-eyed) "Oh my god, contractions? Is she... Is she going into labor? What do we do?" Monika: "Yes, Natsuki, she's going into labor. We need to keep her as comfortable as possible and help her through the contractions until the ambulance arrives. Support is crucial." Sayori: (on the phone) "Hello, this is Sayori from the Literature Club. We have a member who's going into labor in our clubroom. Please send an ambulance as soon as possible. Thank you!" Operator: "Understood, Sayori. An ambulance is on its way. Is she in any immediate danger? Is there a medical professional present?" Monika: "No, there isn't a medical professional present, but we're doing our best to keep her stable. She's not fully dilated yet, so we have some time. We'll continue monitoring her." Operator: "Alright, stay on the line with me, and I'll guide you through what to do until the ambulance arrives. Is there any available towels or blankets that you can use to keep her warm?" Sayori: (rushing to a nearby cabinet) "Yes, we have some blankets here! We'll wrap her up to keep her warm." Natsuki: "And what about pain relief? Is there anything we can do for her?" Monika: "There might be some pain relief techniques we can try. Deep breathing and relaxation exercises can help. Natsuki, would you mind sitting beside Yuri and guiding her through some breathing exercises?" Natsuki: (nodding determinedly) "Of course, Monika. I'll do whatever I can to help Yuri." Yuri: (grateful) "Thank you, Natsuki. I appreciate it." Monika: (on the phone) "Operator, Natsuki will help Yuri with some breathing exercises to manage her pain. Is there anything else we should be doing?" Operator: "That's great to hear. Just keep her calm, comfortable, and monitor her closely. If any complications arise, don't hesitate to update me. The ambulance is on its way." Monika: "Thank you, operator. We'll continue doing our best until they arrive." (With the support of her friends, Yuri endures the contractions, staying as calm as possible. They offer encouraging words and soothing gestures while waiting anxiously for the ambulance to arrive. Together, they create a comforting atmosphere, reminding Yuri that she's not alone in this challenging moment. However, as soon as Yuri's water breaks, they realize her labor is progressing too quickly - and there's a possibility that they might have to deliver the baby in the clubroom. Despite this, Monika encourages Yuri to resist the urge to push until the ambulance arrives.)

(Note: This scene may contain potentially triggering content.) Monika: "Yuri, remember to breathe through each contraction. We're doing everything we can to support you, but we need to wait for professional help. Try to hold off on pushing for now." Yuri: (exhausted) "I... I'll try my best, Monika. It's getting harder to resist." Sayori: "Hang in there, Yuri! The ambulance is almost here. You're doing amazing!" Natsuki: (worried) "What if we have to deliver the baby ourselves? I don't know if we can handle that!" Monika: "We'll do our best, Natsuki. But let's focus on encouraging Yuri and keeping her as comfortable as possible until help arrives." Operator: (through the phone) "Is her water breaking a sign that she needs to push?" Monika: "Yes, her water broke. But we were told to try and wait for the ambulance before she starts pushing." Operator: "Understood. Keep monitoring her, and if she feels an overwhelming urge to push, let her know to do it gently and slowly. But if you see any signs of distress or complications, be prepared to support her through the delivery." Monika: "Thank you for your guidance, operator." (Despite their fears, the girls rally together to support Yuri through her intense contractions. Natsuki guides her through breathing exercises and offers words of encouragement, while Monika and Sayori continue to keep Yuri warm with the blankets and provide comfort in any way they can. As time passes, Yuri's urge to push becomes stronger.) Yuri: (through gritted teeth) "I... I can't hold it back anymore, Monika!" Monika: "Okay, Yuri. If your body is telling you it's time to push, then we'll support you through it. Just remember to take it slow and gentle." (With a mix of anxiety and determination, Yuri begins to push, with her friends cheering her on.) Sayori: "That's it, Yuri! You've got this! Just a little more!" Natsuki: "You're doing amazing, Yuri! Keep pushing, you're almost there!" Monika: "I'm so proud of you, Yuri. We're right here with you, every step of the way." (And just as things start to feel overwhelming, the sound of sirens fills the air. The ambulance has finally arrived at the school.) Paramedic: "What's the situation here?" Monika: "Our friend, Yuri, is in labor. Her contractions have been progressing and her water broke. We did our best to support her, but we had to start pushing before the ambulance arrived." Paramedic: "Alright, let's get her on the stretcher and ready to transport. You all did a great job in helping her so far." (Yuri is carefully transferred onto the stretcher, with the paramedics taking over her care. The rest of the girls watch, their hearts filled with relief and gratitude that help has arrived just in time.) Monika: "Thank you all for your help. We couldn't have made it through without each other." Sayori: "Yuri, you were so strong! We're proud of you!" Natsuki: "Yeah, Yuri. You did amazing. Can't wait to meet the baby." (The ambulance doors close, and as the vehicle pulls away, the girls let out a collective breath, a mix of exhaustion, relief, and hope.) Monika: "We did everything we could, and now Yuri is in professional hands. Let's hope for the best." (They clean up the clubroom, reflecting on the events that unfolded, and silently pray for Yuri and her baby's well-being.)
