He dashes toward the direction of the blast and discovers a frightened girl in pink and white attire. MADOKA: (looks around, nervous) Where am I? LOUIS: (startled) Whoa! Who are you? MADOKA: (looks at Louis) My name is <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON>. I'm from another world. LOUIS: (confused) Another world? MADOKA: (nods) Yes. A world where there are invisible creatures called Witches. They suck people's souls and make them disappear. LOUIS: (skeptical) Sounds like a horror movie. But I've seen weirder things. MADOKA: (surprised) Really? LOUIS: (nods) Yep. I'm just surprised you're still alive. MADOKA: (looks sad) I'm alone. All my friends are dead. LOUIS: (puts his hand on Madoka's shoulder) I'm sorry to hear that. But look. You're not alone anymore. MADOKA: (looks at Louis' shotgun) You're not afraid of the Witches? LOUIS: (shrugs) I've fought zombies. I think I can handle some Witches. MADOKA: (smiles) You're brave. I wish I could be like you. LOUIS: (smirks) Don't worry. I'll protect you. MADOKA: (surprised) Really? LOUIS: (nods) Yeah. And who knows? Maybe we'll find a way to get you back to your world. MADOKA: (tears up) Thank you, Louis.
