We have a great lineup of talented athletes, dedicated coaches, and loyal fans. We need to bring back the glory days of the Big East, and I know that we can do it. EXECUTIVES: (enthusiastic) Yes, we can! MCDERMOTT: My plan is to focus on three key areas: marketing, television, and finances. First, we need to create a stronger brand for the conference. We need to tell the world what the Big East is all about--great basketball, fierce competition, and a rich history. EXECUTIVE 1: (nodding) Agreed, we've been lacking in that department.
