Maybe she lost track of time while reading one of her books." Monika: "That's a possibility. But it's not like her to miss a literature club meeting. She's usually so punctual." Sayori: "Should we go check on her? Just to make sure she's okay." Monika: "That's a good idea. Let's split up and see if we can find her. Natsuki, you go to the classroom. Sayori, you check the library, and I'll search the courtyard." Natsuki: "Fine, but if she's just being late on purpose, I'm gonna be so mad at her." Sayori: "Natsuki, don't be like that. Yuri's our friend, and there might be a genuine reason for her absence." Natsuki: "Yeah, yeah, I know. Let's just go already." (The three of them head off in their respective directions to search for Yuri.) (At the classroom...) Natsuki: *knocks on the door* "Yuri, are you in there?" (After receiving no response, Natsuki peeks inside the classroom to find it empty.) Natsuki: "Guess she's not here. Maybe someone else saw her." (At the library...) Sayori: "Yuri! Are you here?" (After searching through the courtyard, Monika sees no sign of Yuri.) Monika: "This is strange. Where could she be?" (Monika, Natsuki, and Sayori reconvene in the literature clubroom.) Natsuki: "Well, I checked the classroom, and she wasn't there." Sayori: "I looked in the library, but she wasn't there either." Monika: "I couldn't find her in the courtyard. This doesn't make sense. Where could she have gone?" Natsuki: "Maybe we should ask some of her other friends. They might know something." Monika: "That's a good idea. Let's reach out to them and see if they've seen Yuri today." (The three of them start messaging Yuri's other friends, hoping for some answers.)
