EXECUTIVE 1: "Alright, let's get started. We need to come up with a name for this new conference." EXECUTIVE 2: "How about the North Division South Division conference?" EXECUTIVE 3: "That's too long. We need something catchier." EXECUTIVE 4: "What about the Future Conference?" Everyone nods in agreement. EXECUTIVE 5: "Great, now onto the schools. We have Boston College and East Carolina as our northern and southern anchors. Who else do we want to invite?" EXECUTIVE 6: "I think Cincinnati and Florida State would be great additions. They both have strong football programs." EXECUTIVE 7: "And we can't forget about Pitt and Louisville. They have strong basketball programs." EXECUTIVE 8: "Rutgers and Memphis State would also be good choices. They have growing athletic programs." EXECUTIVE 9: "We need to make sure we have a good mix of football and basketball schools. Syracuse and Miami would be perfect for that." EXECUTIVE 10: "Don't forget about Temple and South Carolina. They may not have the biggest programs, but they have dedicated fan bases." EXECUTIVE 11: "And lastly, we should invite Virginia Tech and Southern Mississippi. They both have strong athletic programs and would bring a lot to the table." EXECUTIVE 1: "That sounds like a great lineup. Let's start reaching out to these schools and see if they're interested in joining our new conference." FADE OUT.
