[there would be dialogue in this story:] (Amber wakes up in her room. Time for another day in Mondstadt. But after looking at herself in the mirror, she notices something odd about her left bust - it was much bigger than her right bust. She then looks at her newborn daughter - spark.)

Amber: (gasps) What... what happened to my left bust? It's noticeably bigger than my right one! Spark: (cooing) Amber: Hmm, this is strange. I didn't notice this yesterday. Is it just me, or did it actually grow overnight? Spark: (giggles) Amber: (lifting her daughter playfully) Spark, have you been casting secret magic spells while I was asleep? Did you make Mommy's bust uneven? Spark: (giggles even louder) Amber: Oh dear, what am I going to do now? It's not like I can just ignore this... It's getting really uncomfortable. (Suddenly, there's a knock on the door.) Lisa: (voice from outside the room) Amber, are you okay in there? Can I come in? Amber: (panicking) Uh, just a minute, Lisa! I... I have a bit of a problem here. (Lisa enters the room, looking concerned.) Lisa: Amber, what's wrong? You look troubled. Amber: (pointing at her left bust) Can't you see? There's something seriously off about my bust. Look at it, it's way bigger than the other one! Lisa: (trying to stifle a laugh) Oh Amber, I see what you mean now. That is quite peculiar. But don't worry, I'm sure there's a logical explanation for this. Amber: (slightly annoyed) A logical explanation? That's what I'm trying to figure out. How did this even happen? What could be the cause? Lisa: Well, it could be a lot of things. Maybe it's just temporary swelling or fluid retention. Have you been sleeping on your left side lately? Amber: (scratching her head) Now that you mention it, I have been unknowingly favoring my left side during sleep. But can that really cause such a drastic change? Lisa: It's possible. Our bodies can sometimes react strangely to different sleeping positions. But just to be sure, I think you should visit Barbara at Angel's Share. She'll know more about this kind of situation. She's been studying human physiology while tending to patients, after all. Amber: That sounds like a good idea. I'll take your advice and pay her a visit immediately. (Later at Angel's Share, Amber sits in front of a concerned Barbara.) Barbara: So, let me get this straight. You woke up with one bust larger than the other? Amber: Yes, it's really bizarre. I can't help but feel self-conscious about it. Barbara: Well, Amber, as strange as it sounds, this phenomenon isn't entirely uncommon. We've seen cases like this before, and most of the time, it's nothing to worry about. Amber: Really? So, it's not something serious? Barbara: Not necessarily. It could be hormonal fluctuations, temporary swelling, or even just a product of your body adjusting after childbirth. I can run some tests just to make sure there's nothing alarming going on. Amber: (relieved) That would be great, Barbara. I trust your expertise. (Barbara runs the necessary tests and reassures Amber that everything seems normal.) Barbara: Good news, Amber. The tests came back as expected. It seems to be a harmless case of temporary swelling. Your body should naturally balance itself out over time. Amber: That's such a relief to hear. Thank you, Barbara. Barbara: Of course, anytime! Just remember, self-confidence comes from within, regardless of any changes in our bodies. Amber: You're right, Barbara. I shouldn't let this little hiccup affect my self-esteem. I have more important things to focus on, like taking care of Spark. Barbara: That's the spirit! Now go out there and enjoy your day in Mondstadt, Amber. You're a wonderful mom and a skilled fighter. Amber: Thanks, Barbara. I won't let this stop me. Spark and I have a lot of adventures ahead! (The story continues as Amber goes about her day, embracing her newfound confidence while caring for her daughter, Spark.)
