Derek sat nervously in the waiting room of the plastic surgery center, his mind racing with thoughts of what he had done. It had all started as a harmless prank, a way to get back at his childhood bully, Kyle. But now, as he waited for the consequences of his actions to unfold, Derek wasn't so sure it was such a good idea. Just then, Kyle walked in, wearing a freakishly ginormous stuffed bra underneath his shirt. Derek couldn't help but stifle a laugh as Kyle approached him, a big grin on his face. "Hey, Derek! Thanks for bringing me here, man. I can't wait to finally become the girl of my dreams," Kyle exclaimed, his excitement infectious. Derek felt a pang of guilt as he watched Kyle fidget with the bra, adjusting it to make it look even more exaggerated. "No problem, Kyle. I'm just glad you're excited about it," Derek replied, trying to keep a straight face. Kyle eagerly listed off each of the ten surgeries he had signed up for, his eyes sparkling with anticipation. "I'm getting breast implants, a nose job, lip injections, cheek fillers, a tummy tuck, a Brazilian butt lift, Botox injections, a facelift, a chin reduction, and a full body hair removal. I can't wait to see the new me!" Derek couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had only intended to hypnotize Kyle into accepting his new identity as a girl, not go through with actually transforming himself into one. But as he watched Kyle talk about each surgery with such enthusiasm, Derek couldn't bring himself to tell him the truth. As they sat in silence, Kyle suddenly piped up, "Hey Derek, feel this!" He gestured for Derek to touch the padded bra, a wide grin on his face. "It feels amazing, right? It's going to feel even better once I have real boobs!" Derek forced a smile, trying to hide the guilt creeping up inside of him. "Yeah, it feels great, Kyle. I'm sure you're going to look fantastic." As they were called back for Kyle's first surgery, Derek couldn't shake the feeling of guilt that weighed heavily on his chest. Watching Kyle walk confidently towards the operating room, his excitement palpable, Derek knew he had made a mistake. But it was too late to turn back now. As Kyle disappeared behind the operating room doors, Derek sat alone in the waiting room, his mind consumed with thoughts of what he had done. He knew he had to come clean to Kyle eventually, but for now, all he could do was wait and hope that Kyle would forgive him for his foolish prank gone wrong.
