(In the school literature clubroom...) Monika: "...is it serious just us two, Natsuki?" Natsuki: "Yeah, it seems like everyone else couldn't make it today. Sayori had some family matters to attend to, and Yuri said she had a doctor's appointment - but didn't mention WHAT the appointment was about." Monika: "Huh, that's strange. I hope it's nothing serious for Yuri. It's a shame that we won't have a full club meeting today, though." Natsuki: "Yeah, it's a bummer. I mean, we can still have some fun, right?" Monika: "Of course! Just because it's the two of us doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves. We could read some poetry or maybe try writing a group story with just the two of us." Natsuki: "Ooh, I like the idea of writing a group story! We can each take turns adding to it and see where it goes. It'll be like a collaborative adventure!" Monika: "That sounds like a lot of fun! Let's give it a try. Do you have any ideas to start us off?" Natsuki: "Hmm, how about we start with a fantasy setting? Like a magical kingdom with knights and dragons." Monika: "That sounds exciting! Okay, so our story begins in the Kingdom of Serendia, a land filled with enchanted forests and towering castles. The kingdom has been at peace for centuries, but little do they know, a dark force is secretly plotting to overthrow the king and seize control-" (Suddenly, the clubroom door opens and Yuri walks in, interrupting their conversation - however, she's accompanied by the sound of a newborn crying.)

Yuri: "I-I'm sorry for interrupting, but I couldn't resist coming to the literature club. And... Meet my new baby sister, Emilia." Monika and Natsuki's eyes widen in surprise as they see Yuri holding a tiny bundle in her arms. Monika: "Oh, Yuri, congratulations! She's absolutely adorable. How old is she?" Yuri: "Thank you, Monika. She's just a few weeks old. Due to some unexpected circumstances, I had to bring her along with me today. I hope it's not too much of a disruption." Natsuki: "No, not at all! Babies are cute, and it's a pleasant surprise. We're happy to have you and little Emilia here with us. Right, Monika?" Monika: "Absolutely! Our group story can wait. We can bond as a club while getting to know Emilia. Maybe she'll even inspire us for our writing!" Yuri smiles gratefully, relieved that they're understanding of the situation. Yuri: "Thank you both. I was worried I would have to skip today's meeting, but I didn't want to miss out on spending time with you all." Monika: "We're glad you came, Yuri. The literature club is like a family, after all. And now Emilia is a part of it too." Natsuki: "Yeah, we'll make sure she feels welcome. We can take turns holding her and getting to know her. I bet she'll bring a lot of joy to our club." As the trio settles into a comfortable atmosphere, surrounded by books and the coos of a newborn baby, they realize that unexpected moments like these can bring new perspectives and create stronger bonds. And in the background, their fantastical group story quietly waits, ready to continue another day.
