I want you to create fictional documents, reports, personal messages and diaries for a setting in a work of fiction, fit for a bizarre romantic comedy. Patricia Bertier is beautiful, assertive young lawyer who neglected to address her severe case of cold due to busy schedule until she collapses right on the stairs, additionally sustaining some minor injuries. She is hospitalized, having to undergo tracheostomy and being hooked up to ventilator. She is very weak and has various tubes inserted, but keeps her confident attitude, still proceeding with her paperwork. Some attempts at gradually reducing her dependance on ventilator were made, but, so far, her respiratory system is too weak. Patricia being treated and assisted, as she is visited by her friends, elegant and charming press secretary Gloria Lamhauge and eccentric journalist Marcel Messier. Gloria is fascinated by Patricia ventilator tube and wonders what's it like kissing with it in one's neck, without needing to stop for air. She encourages Patricia and Marcel to do it. They both feel rather awkward but relent and try it. They manage to maintain a kiss until Gloria makes a photo of them, at which point they abruptly stop, embarrassed.
