I answer the call and step outside of the room. Kokona: "Hey, [Name], how are you?" Me: "Hey, Kokona. I'm good, thanks. What's up?" Kokona: "I heard some rumors going around about Sayori's baby. Do you know anything about it?" Me: "No, I don't know anything yet. Natsuki was just about to tell us something before I got interrupted. What did you hear?" Kokona: "Well, I heard that the father of the baby is someone from the school." Me: "Really? Do you know who it is?" Kokona: "No, I don't. But I heard that they're keeping their identity a secret." Me: "Interesting. Thanks for letting me know, Kokona. I'll see if I can find out more." Kokona: "No problem. Keep me updated, okay?" Me: "Will do. Thanks again." I hang up the phone and head back into the room. Monika: "Everything okay, [Name]?" Me: "Yeah, sorry about that. What did I miss?" Natsuki: "I was just about to tell them who the father of Sayori's baby is." Sayori: "Natsuki, come on! Don't leave us hanging!" Natsuki: "Fine, fine. But you have to promise not to tell anyone, okay?" Everyone nods in agreement. Natsuki: "The father of Sayori's baby is..." (Just then, my phone rings again. It's a message from Kokona.) Me: "Sorry, Natsuki. I have to take this." Monika: "It's okay, [Name]. Go ahead." I step outside of the room again to read the message. Kokona: "Hey, [Name], I just remembered something. There's a new transfer student who just arrived at our school a few weeks ago. They're a bit mysterious, but everyone seems to really like them." Me: "Okay, what's their name?" Kokona: "Their name is Shiro. I don't know much else about them, but I thought it might be worth checking out." Me: "Thanks, Kokona. I'll look into it." I head back into the room and try to catch up on the conversation. Monika: "Is everything okay, [Name]?" Me: "Yeah, sorry about that. So, who's the father?" Natsuki: "I was just about to say...." Suddenly, the door bursts open and a boy with black hair and a red scarf walks in. Shiro: "Sorry I'm late. I got lost on the way here." Monika: "Oh, hello. Who are you?" Shiro: "My name is Shiro. I'm a transfer student who just started attending this school a few weeks ago." Suddenly, Sayori's face turns bright red as she stares at Shiro. Sayori: "Shiro? As in...THE Shiro?" Shiro: "Uh, yes? Do you know me?" Sayori: "Yes! We met at a party a few months ago, remember?" Shiro pauses for a moment before he suddenly realizes what Sayori is talking about. Shiro: "Oh, right. You're that girl from the party. How have you been?" Sayori: "I've been good. Really good, actually..." Everyone else in the room exchanges confused glances as Sayori starts blushing even harder. Natsuki: "Um, guys? Are we just going to ignore the fact that Shiro might be the father of Sayori's baby?" There is a moment of silence as everyone in the room tries to process what Natsuki just said. Monika: "Well, that's certainly...interesting." Yuri: "Yes, it is. But we should also remember that this is a private matter for Sayori and Shiro, and we should respect their confidentiality." Sayori: "Thank you, Yuri. I know I can always count on you to be understanding." Shiro: "Of course, Sayori. I'll do whatever I can to support you." Sayori: (giggles) "I'm sure you will." As the meeting continues, I can't help but wonder what other secrets the literature club might be hiding...
