(In the school literature clubroom...) Monika: "Alright, that concludes today's meeting. Natsuki, Yuri, MC, Sayori, you all had some amazing poems!" Natsuki: "Thanks, Monika! I'm glad you liked it. I've been working on trying to make my poems more expressive, so I'm really happy with how it turned out." Yuri: "Indeed. Your poem was beautifully written, Natsuki. The emotions behind it were captivating, and I found myself drawn in by each line." Sayori: "Ahhh, Natsuki, your poem was so cute! I could practically envision the adorable scene you described. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside." MC: "Yeah, Natsuki, your poem was really well done. It had a playful tone but also conveyed a deeper message. I enjoyed reading it." Monika: "And Yuri, your poem was absolutely captivating. Your use of imagery and metaphors was extraordinary. It was like being transported to another world while reading it." (Just then, Natsuki notices a student standing at the doorway, listening in on their conversation.) Natsuki: "Hey, who's that? Do you guys recognize her?" Yuri: "I'm not sure. She doesn't seem familiar to me. Perhaps she's a new student?" Sayori: "Oh! Maybe she's interested in joining the literature club. We should go say hi!" MC: "You're right, Sayori. Let's go greet her and see if she needs any help or if she just wants to talk." (MC, Sayori, Natsuki, and Yuri approach the student at the doorway.) MC: "Hey there! Are you looking for something or someone?" Student: "Oh, um, hi. Sorry for eavesdropping. I was just passing by and heard you talking about poems. I'm actually really into poetry, and I was wondering if I could join your club." Sayori: "That's great! We'd love to have you join. Come on in, we were just finishing up our meeting." Natsuki: "Yeah, we were just discussing each other's poems. You can share yours too, if you want." Yuri: "Absolutely. We're always open to new perspectives and different styles of poetry. We strive to support and inspire each other in our writing." (The student hesitates for a moment, then smiles.) Student: "Thank you. That sounds amazing. I'm excited to be a part of this club." Monika: "Welcome! I'm Monika, the president of the club. What's your name?" Student: "I'm Haruka. Nice to meet you all. I actually play a lot of mobile games at home, especially that free anime-style ARPG with 7 elements associated with different regions. My favorite element in that game has GOT to be the element of earth - or Geo, as the game calls it. The whole Chinese theme of its associated area, Liyue, really appeals to me. It's so beautifully designed, and the characters are just incredible." Natsuki: "Oh, THAT game! Yeah, I've heard of it! I mean, I've never really PLAYED

it, but I know a lot of people who are obsessed with it. The artwork and character designs do look pretty cool, though." Haruka: "Yeah, it's definitely a visually stunning game. But anyway, back to poetry! I actually have a poem I've been working on. Mind if I share it?" Sayori: "Of course, go ahead! We'd love to hear it." (Haruka clears her throat and begins reciting her poem.) Haruka: "In the depths of silence, Where shadows intertwine, I find solace in whispers, Like a delicate confine. The moonlight guides my pen, As I dance with words in rhyme, Emotions take flight, Beneath ink's rhythmic chime. With each stroke of my pen, I paint a world unseen, Where dreams and reality blend, In realms that words convene. And as the words unfold, I find my voice anew, In poetry's embrace, I discover what is true." Yuri: "Wow, Haruka, that was absolutely beautiful. Your use of imagery and the flow of your words are truly captivating." MC: "I agree, that was really well written. You have a natural talent for expressing emotions through your poetry." Monika: "Welcome to the club, Haruka. Your poem showcased your skill and passion for writing. We're thrilled to have you as a member." Haruka: "Thank you all so much! I'm excited to be a part of this club and share my love for poetry with all of you."
