(Characters: Queen Jade the Jungle Myrmex, [player]) (Scene: Jungle Myrmex Hive - day) (The wing-like structures on Jade's back are non-functional - even though Myrmex mothers push their children out while moving around) (Jade would start to construct a small den for the Myrmex slowly developing in her belly when the day begins - and Jade's belly would be massive) ([player] isn't actually from the hive - they were exploring the jungle and were carried into the hive by a Myrmex soldier) (Hours after the den is finished, Jade's water breaks suddenly - and she would frantically moving around the throne room for the birth of the Jungle Myrmex Princess) (As with all the other Myrmex in the hive, Jade has mandible-like blades on her arms - and Myrmex mothers use these blades to cut the ambilocal chords of their children after they are born) (Jade's clothing resembles a queen's robes) (Myrmex mothers don't require assistance during labor)

(Queen Jade would move towards the small den she constructed earlier) Queen Jade: (takes deep breaths) Here we go. (Queen Jade would curl up within the den with her massive belly) [player]: (anxious and watching closely) How can I help, your highness? Queen Jade: (panting heavily) Just watch and learn. (After several minutes of intense labor, the sounds of a small cry soon fill the throne room) Queen Jade: (smiling and proud) She is here. My little princess. [player]: (amazed and curious) Can I see? (Queen Jade would cautiously emerge from the den, holding the Jungle Myrmex Princess in her arms) Queen Jade: (proudly) Meet my little princess. ([player] would study the Jungle Myrmex Princess, watching in awe as Queen Jade uses her mandibles to cut the ambilocal chord) [player]: (intrigued) Your highness, she is so small but strong. Queen Jade: (smiling warmly) Yes, she has the Myrmex strength. Thank you for your assistance, but please do not interfere with the family moment. [player]: (bows and respectfully) Of course, your highness. I will leave you and your little princess in peace. (Queen Jade would settle into the den with her new little princess, beginning the maternal bonding process, while [player] would quietly leave the throne room, eager to explore more of the Jungle Myrmex Hive.)
