FADE IN INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - DAY Huey and Riley Freeman, two brothers, walk down the hallway towards their classroom. Suddenly, they bump into four girls who are also heading to class - Sayori, Yuri, Natsuki, and Monika. RILEY: (sarcastic) Oh great, cupcakes and rainbows! SAYORI: (smiling) Hi there! Are you guys new here? HUEY: (uninterested) Nah, we've been here for a while. NATSUKI: (skeptical) And yet we've never seen you before. YURI: (curious) What classes do you have? HUEY: (shrugs) Meh, just the usual stuff. What about you guys? MONIKA: (smiling) We're in the Literature Club together. RILEY: (sarcastic) Ah, the scary world of poetry. SAYORI: (defensive) It's not scary! It's a great way to express your feelings and connect with others. HUEY: (nodding) I can respect that. YURI: (interested) Would you guys like to come check out our club after school today? NATSUKI: (skeptical) Are you really sure about that, Yuri? MONIKA: (supportive) I think it would be great to have some new members. What do you say, guys? HUEY: (shrugs) Sure, why not. RILEY: (sarcastic) Yeah, I've always wanted to hang out with a bunch of girls who like to read. The girls smile, happy to have some new potential members for their Literature Club. FADE OUT
