Yuri: "I haven't seen her today, Monika. Maybe she's running a little late?" Natsuki: "Knowing Sayori, she probably overslept again. That girl can never wake up on time." Monika: "Well, I hope she's alright. It's not like her to skip club activities without letting us know." Yuri: "Maybe we should give her a call? Just to make sure everything is okay." Monika takes out her phone and dials Sayori's number. After a few rings, she frowns. Monika: "No answer. That's strange." Natsuki: "Told you, she's probably just sleeping like a log. Or maybe she's too lazy to pick up her phone." Yuri: "Natsuki, that's not fair. Sayori always values our club activities." Monika: "Yuri's right. Sayori might oversleep, but she would never skip out on us intentionally. Let's go check on her after school, just to be safe." The club members nod in agreement, all feeling a sense of worry for their missing friend. --- (After school, the club members walk together towards Sayori's house.) Natsuki: "Do you think Sayori's really okay, Monika?" Monika: "I'm not sure, Natsuki. But we won't know until we see for ourselves." Yuri: "I hope nothing serious has happened. Sayori seemed perfectly fine yesterday." As they arrive at Sayori's house, Monika reaches for the doorbell and rings it. They wait anxiously for a few moments until the door creaks open. Sayori's mom: "Oh, hello, you must be Sayori's friends from the literature club. She's not feeling well today, so she stayed home." Monika: "Oh, I see. Is it something serious?" Sayori's mom: "No, nothing too serious. Just a bad headache. She should be back to normal soon." Yuri: "We were worried when she didn't come to school or respond to our calls." Sayori's mom: "I apologize for the concern it caused you. Sayori can be quite stubborn when it comes to resting and taking care of herself." Natsuki: "Well, at least she's okay. We were just worried about her." Monika: "Thank you for letting us know. We'll make sure to check up on her once she's feeling better." Sayori's mom nods appreciatively and bids them goodbye. The club members leave, feeling relieved but still concerned for their friend's well-being. Yuri: "I hope she feels better soon." Natsuki: "Yeah, the club isn't the same without her." Monika: "Let's give her some time to recover. Once she's back, we'll catch up with her and make sure she's okay." With their worries slightly eased, the club members continue walking back to the literature clubroom, hoping for Sayori's swift recovery.
