Monika: (smiling down at her baby) Oh, my precious girl, you're finally here. (softly cooing) Phone: (ringing loudly) Monika: (carefully placing her baby in the crib) Hold on, I'll be back in a moment. (walks over to her phone and answers) Hello? Natsuki: (excitedly) Monika! How's it going? Have you settled into motherhood yet? Monika: (grinning) Natsuki, it's been a whirlwind, but I couldn't be happier. Little Minika is just perfect. Natsuki: I'm so glad to hear that! Say, the girls and I were thinking of swinging by to see you and the baby. Is that okay? Monika: (delighted) That would be wonderful! I miss you guys so much. It's been a while since we last gathered at the literature club. Natsuki: (giggling) Yeah, it's been way too long. I can already imagine all the stories we'll be telling Minika when she's older. Monika: (laughs) Oh, I can't wait for that. She'll be surrounded by such talented writers. Natsuki: We'll make sure she knows all about us right from the start. And, of course, we'll bring some of our favorite books to read aloud. Monika: (feeling touched) Thank you, Natsuki. That would mean the world to me. Your support throughout my pregnancy and now is just amazing. Natsuki: Of course, Monika. We're like a family, and we're here to support each other no matter what. Monika: I really appreciate it, Natsuki. I'll be eagerly waiting for all of you. Can't wait to introduce Minika to her literature club aunties. Natsuki: (laughs) Aunties, huh?
