Derek couldn't help but burst into laughter at Mark's exaggerated girly voice. It was clear that Mark was throwing himself wholeheartedly into this transformation, embracing every aspect of it with gusto. As they sat together in the waiting room, Mark continued to chatter excitedly about his upcoming surgeries, showing Derek pictures of the celebrities whose features he hoped to emulate.
