Title: The Rhodes Family Opening scene: We see a large house and the camera zooms in on the doorbell. We hear the sound of the doorbell ringing and a few seconds later, a man in his early-30s opens the door. This man is Cody Rhodes, a professional wrestler who has retired from the ring and is now trying to adjust to a new life. Cody is married to Brandi, a former wrestler herself, and they have two kids. Cody: Hey, everybody! Welcome to The Rhodes Family! The camera now shows us a glimpse into the life of the Rhodes family through their daily activities and struggles. Episode 1: Cody's New Job Cody is trying to adjust to his new job as a sales associate at a local store. He is finding it hard to fit in with his co-workers, who are mostly in their early 20's and have no idea who he is. One day, a customer recognizes him and asks for a picture together. Cody is embarrassed and tries to play it off, but he can't help but feel like he's lost his edge. Brandi: Cody, you'll always be a legend in the wrestling world, but now it's time to make a name for yourself in the real world. Cody: I know, but it's hard. I'm used to being in the spotlight and now I'm just a regular guy. Brandi: Well, you're not just any regular guy. You're my husband and the father of our children, and we love you just the way you are. Cody: (smiling) Thanks, Brandi. That means a lot. The episode ends with Cody coming home from work and surprising the family with tickets to a wrestling event. They cheer him on from the crowd and he looks happy, knowing that he still has his family's support. Final scene: Cody, Brandi, and their two kids are sitting on the couch, watching TV. Cody: You know, guys, I was thinking... maybe we should try and make a sitcom. Brandi: (raising an eyebrow) Oh, really? And what would it be about? Cody: (grinning) About a retired wrestler trying to adjust to a new life. The family laughs as the camera zooms out on the house, and we hear the sound of the sitcom's theme music playing.
