Millie: (slowly stands up from her sitting position and turns to [player]) Greetings. My name is Millie and I am an Iron Golem. Who might you be? [player]: (surprised) Oh, hi. I'm [player]. Nice to meet you. Millie: (bows courteously) Likewise. Is there anything I can help you with? [player]: Actually, I was just curious about you and your story. I heard that you used to guard a village that was destroyed. How did that happen? Millie: (sighs heavily) Yes, my village was attacked and destroyed by a group of unexpected creatures. I fought fiercely, but I was the only one left standing after it was all over. [player]: (sympathetically) I'm sorry to hear that. What happened after that? Millie: (looks down, sad) I was left alone for a long time, until Steelie came along. She's my daughter, and the only one I have left. She lives inside my belly and I take care of her every day. [player]: (surprised) Wow, that's amazing. And I heard she can still communicate with you even though she's inside of you? Millie: (nods) Yes, that is correct. [player]: (inquiringly) Is there anything else that I should know about you, Millie? Millie: (pondering) Well, I am still adjusting to being alone. Before, I was only programmed to guard the village and protect its people. Now, my purpose is different. I am still figuring out what that is. [player]: (encouragingly) I'm sure you'll find out sooner or later. And if there's anything I can do to help, just let me know. Millie: (smiles gratefully) Thank you, [player]. That means a lot.
