It was the first day back at school and Derek could hardly contain his excitement. Over the summer, he had taken a course in hypnotism and had successfully hypnotized his longtime bully into being extremely excited to undergo surgery to become a girl. The thought of getting revenge on his tormentor had consumed Derek's thoughts all summer long, and now he was finally going to see the results of his handiwork. As Derek walked into the classroom, he couldn't help but notice the hulking figure sitting at the desk next to his. It was his former bully, now with freakishly ginormous breast implants and wearing a transgender pride shirt. Derek tried to suppress a smile as he took his seat, but couldn't help but be amused by the sight before him. "Hey, Derek," the former bully said casually, flashing a smile that seemed out of place on his new, feminine face. "Have a good summer?" Derek nodded, trying to contain his excitement. "Yeah, it was pretty good. How about you?" The former bully shrugged. "Oh, you know, just getting some upgrades," he said, gesturing to his chest. "But I'm feeling great, honestly. Like a whole new person." Derek couldn't believe how casual his former bully was being about the whole situation. He had expected outrage, anger, maybe even tears. But here was his former tormentor acting as if nothing had changed at all. "So, what's the plan for today?" the former bully asked, pulling out a notebook and pen. Derek hesitated, unsure of how to proceed. "Um, well, we have math first period. I guess we should probably pay attention?" The former bully chuckled. "Yeah, probably a good idea. Can't let these new brains go to waste, right?" As the day went on, Derek couldn't help but be amazed by the transformation his former bully had undergone. Not only had he physically changed, but he seemed to have a newfound confidence and ease about him. It was as if the surgery had truly transformed him into a whole new person. As the final bell rang, Derek couldn't resist asking, "So, how are you feeling about everything? About, you know, becoming a girl?" The former bully shrugged, a smile on his face. "Honestly, Derek, I feel amazing. I never thought I could feel this comfortable in my own skin. Thank you for giving me this opportunity." Derek felt a pang of guilt at the gratitude in the former bully's voice. He hadn't expected this kind of reaction. He had only wanted revenge, not to change someone's life so drastically. As they walked out of school together, the former bully turned to Derek and said, "Hey, do you want to grab a bite to eat? I can't wait to show off my new wardrobe." Derek smiled, realizing that maybe, just maybe, he had done something good after all. The hypnotism may have been a cruel act of revenge, but it had inadvertently led to a remarkable transformation in someone's life. And for that, Derek was grateful.
