(In the clubroom, Monika and the other girls are waiting for Natsuki) Vanessa: "Natsuki should be here by now! Where is she?!" Yuri: "Let's make this quick. I've got a knife collection to tend to." Andr: "I seriously hope she didn't get grounded." Ayumi: "Natsuki didn't get grounded, Andr." Monika: "Maybe she's getting some of her poems." Cupa: "That or she's getting her manga." Sayori: "I can't wait this long..." Yuri: "Same here, Sayori. Violet's getting restless, too." Andr: "...who's Violet, Yuri?" (Yuri gently puts her hand on her belly - which has grown 8 months since the first club meeting)

Yuri: "Violet is my unborn child. I'm sorry, I thought I had mentioned it before." Andr: "Oh! Congratulations, Yuri! I had no idea!" Monika: "Yes, congratulations! That's wonderful news!" Ayumi: "I'm so happy for you, Yuri!" Sayori: "Me too! That's amazing!" Vanessa: "Wow, Yuri, I had no clue. You don't really talk about your personal life much." Yuri: "I apologize for that. I didn't mean to keep it a secret, it just didn't come up in conversation." Just then, the door bursts open and Natsuki storms in, looking angry and frustrated. Natsuki: "Sorry I'm late. My stupid dad made me do all these chores before he'd let me come here." Andr: "Is everything okay, Natsuki?" Natsuki: "No! It's not okay! I can barely keep up with the manga I'm reading, and now I have even more chores to do tomorrow because my dad is throwing a stupid party. I'm so sick of it!" Monika: "I'm sorry to hear that, Natsuki. If there's anything we can do to help, don't hesitate to ask." Natsuki sighs and takes a seat. The club meeting resumes, but Natsuki seems distant and uninterested. The other girls exchange worried glances, wondering how they can help their friend feel better.
