Write a long story about a man named Derek at the plastic surgery center waiting for his bully's breast implant surgery after having hypnotized his bully into believing he had always wanted to be a girl. Have the bully, who already started HRT and is wearing a transgender pride shirt, sit next to Derek and get very emotional. Have the bully at the end emerge from the operating room, barely awake, with massive boobs. Have plenty of dialogue, have no other characters. Have Derek never feel any guilt or regret.

Derek sat in the waiting room of the plastic surgery center, a smirk playing on his lips as he flipped through a magazine. He glanced at the clock, eager for the moment when his high school bully, Travis, would emerge from the operating room with a new set of breasts. It had all started a few months ago, when Derek had run into Travis at a bar. Travis, as always, had been taunting and mocking him, belittling Derek for his appearance and making fun of him in front of their friends. But Derek had had enough. He had taken matters into his own hands, using a friend's hypnosis techniques to plant the idea in Travis's mind that he had always wanted to be a girl. And now, here they were. Travis, who had already started hormone replacement therapy and was wearing a transgender pride shirt, sat next to Derek in the waiting room, tears streaming down his face. "I can't believe this is finally happening," Travis said, his voice filled with emotion. "I've always felt like I was born in the wrong body, but I never had the courage to do anything about it until now." Derek nodded, pretending to be sympathetic. In reality, he was reveling in the power he held over Travis, knowing that he had orchestrated this entire situation to get back at his tormentor. Finally, the moment arrived. Travis was called into the operating room, and Derek watched with glee as the nurses wheeled him away. Hours passed, and Derek grew more and more impatient. Finally, the doors to the operating room swung open, and a groggy Travis emerged, barely awake and sporting a massive pair of new breasts. "I did it," Travis murmured, his eyes half-closed. "I finally feel like myself." Derek grinned, his plan having worked even better than he had imagined. He felt no guilt, no remorse for what he had done. In his mind, Travis had brought this upon himself with years of bullying and taunting. As they left the surgery center, Derek couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. He had proven to Travis, and to himself, that he was no longer the weak, powerless victim he had once been. And as for Travis, well, he was left to deal with the consequences of Derek's twisted revenge for the rest of his life. But Derek didn't care. He had won. And he was never going to let anyone take that feeling away from him.
