(In the clubroom...) Yuri: (starting to push) "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!" Monika: "You're doing great, Yuri! Keep pushing!" Sayori: "Just a few more pushes, and your sextuplets will be here!" Natsuki: "I can't believe we're delivering sextuplets in the clubroom..." Yuri: (gritting her teeth) "I never thought I'd experience this...but we'll make it through together." Monika: "Remember, deep breaths, Yuri. You're doing amazing." Sayori: "You got this, Yuri! We'll have a whole bunch of adorable babies soon!" Natsuki: "I can't believe I'm helping deliver babies instead of baking cupcakes. Life is so unpredictable." Yuri: (struggling, but determined) "I'm grateful to have all of you here. I couldn't do this alone." Monika: "We're here for you, Yuri. Just a little more to go." Sayori: "We'll celebrate with a big baby shower once they're here!" Natsuki: "Yeah, and then I'll make a special cupcake tower for the occasion." Yuri: (feeling a surge of energy) "I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I can do this!" Monika: "That's the spirit, Yuri! Keep pushing!" Sayori: "Almost there, Yuri! Just a little more!" Natsuki: "You've got this, Yuri! Just a couple more pushes!" Yuri: (with one final push) "AAAAAAHHHHH!!" Monika: "Congratulations, Yuri! You did amazing!" Sayori: "They're here! Six beautiful healthy babies! Three boys...and three girls!"

Natsuki: "Oh my gosh, they're so tiny and precious!" Yuri: (panting) "I... I can't believe it. They're finally here." Monika: "You did an incredible job, Yuri. I'm so proud of you." We'll always be here for each other no matter what." Natsuki: "Well, I guess from now on, the clubroom will be filled with giggles and cries instead of the sound of baking." Yuri: (smiling) "I'm looking forward to every precious moment with my little ones." Monika: "And we'll be here every step of the way, Yuri." Sayori: (beaming) "Welcome to the world, little ones! We're going to make so many happy memories together." Natsuki: "Yeah, maybe they'll even become future club members!" Yuri: (chuckling) "That would be quite a unique club, wouldn't it?" Monika: "Indeed it would, Yuri. But no matter what, we'll always be there to support each other." Sayori: "That's what the Literature Club is all about, after all." Natsuki: "Well, let's start this new journey together. Congratulations, Yuri!" Yuri: "Thank you, everyone. I couldn't be more grateful to have all of you by my side."
