INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY We see the young man (JIM) and his girlfriend (LIZ) sitting on the couch. Jim is clutching a microphone and grinning. JIM: "Okay, Liz, are you ready to hear some serious voice acting skills?" LIZ: "Sure, Jim. I'm excited to see what you can do." JIM: "Great! First up, Wesker from Resident Evil!" Jim clears his throat and begins speaking in a deep, menacing voice. JIM (as Wesker): "You'll have to excuse me, but I have urgent business to attend to." LIZ claps politely. LIZ: "That was really good, Jim! Now, what else have you got?" JIM: "Next up, Ashley from Resident Evil 4!" Jim adopts a high-pitched, girly voice and speaks in a squeaky tone. JIM (as Ashley): "LEON, HELPPPPP!" LIZ giggles. LIZ: "That was hilarious, Jim! Keep going!" JIM: "Alright, how about Duke Nukem?" Jim puts on a cocky, macho voice and grins. JIM (as Duke Nukem): "Hail to the king, baby!" LIZ laughs. LIZ: "That one was awesome! What else?" JIM: "Let's see...Caleb from Blood 1997!" Jim adopts a gritty, old-timey voice and speaks in a Southern drawl. JIM (as Caleb): "I live again..." LIZ raises an eyebrow. LIZ: "I don't know who that is, but your voice was impressive. Keep going!" JIM: "Next up, Max Payne!" Jim adopts a gruff, tough-guy voice and speaks with a New York accent. JIM (as Max Payne): "I don't know about angels, but it's fear that gives men wings." LIZ nods approvingly. LIZ: "That was really good, Jim! You've got some serious skills. What's next?" JIM: "G-Man from Half-Life!" Jim adopts a creepy, otherworldly voice and speaks in a monotone. JIM (as G-Man): "The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world." LIZ shudders. LIZ: "Okay, that was kind of creepy. But still impressive!" JIM: "Last but not least, Chris from Resident Evil 1 and America from Hetalia!" Jim clears his throat and adopts a gruff, serious voice. JIM (as Chris): "There are some things in this world that even a man can't face alone." And then, without missing a beat, Jim switches to a goofy, exaggerated American accent. JIM (as America): "Hey, dude! What's up? Let's go get some burgers and fries!" LIZ collapses into fits of laughter. LIZ: "Oh my god, Jim, that was amazing! You're so talented!" JIM grins, feeling incredibly pleased with himself. JIM: "Thanks, Liz! I knew you'd appreciate my skills." And with that, Jim switches off the microphone and sits back, feeling pretty good about himself.
