Derek sat in the waiting room of the plastic surgery center, nervously tapping his foot as he waited for his appointment. He couldn't believe what he had done. Derek's guilt quickly turned to satisfaction as he watched Greg eagerly hand over his credit card to pay for all the surgeries. As Greg left the consultation room, still babbling excitedly about his upcoming transformation, Derek couldn't help but grin.
