(In the school literature clubroom...) Sayori: "This isn't making sense! Where's MC?!" Yuri: "I'm not entirely certain, but perhaps he's been caught up with something unexpected. It's not like MC to be late without at least sending a message." Natsuki: "Knowing him, he probably lost track of time. He can be so dense sometimes." (As my friends continue to talk, I couldn't help but feel like they were getting a little ahead of themselves. So, as the club president, I had to step in. Immediately, the boisterous energy in the room turned into alarm and concern. Sayori, always full of boundless energy and a heart to match, was the first to rush to my side. Sayori: "Oh my gosh, Monika! What do we do?" Yuri, ever the composed one, though clearly flustered by the unexpected turn of events, tried to keep a level head. Yuri: "We need to call for an ambulance right away and notify MC!" Natsuki, while usually untamed and outspoken, showed her caring side, quickly joining Sayori in trying to comfort me. Natsuki: "It's going to be okay, Monika. We've got you!" As my friends scrambled to help, my thoughts were a whirlwind of concern for my baby's health since it was indeed too early. But with their help, I felt a glimmer of hope that things would turn out okay. Even amidst the chaos, I knew these girls would do anything they could to support me through this unexpected labor.
