[Narrator] The Denver Nuggets, led by the MVP frontrunner Nikola Jokic, entered the 2021 NBA playoffs with high hopes and aspirations to make a deep run. But little did they know, that a hungry and determined New Orleans Pelicans team awaited them in the first round. We didn't play up to our potential, and New Orleans deserves credit for their performance. [Narrator] Jokic, who had an incredible regular season, averaging 26.4 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 8.3 assists per game, couldn't carry his team past the Pelicans.
