Write a Day 1 script for the Jungle Myrmex. (Characters: Queen Jade the Jungle Myrmex, [player]) (Scene: Jungle Myrmex Hive - day) (The wing-like structures on Jade's back are non-functional - even though Myrmex mothers push their children out while moving around) (Jade would start to construct a small den for the Myrmex slowly developing in her belly when the day begins - and Jade's belly would be massive) ([player] isn't actually from the hive - they were exploring the jungle and were carried into the hive by a Myrmex soldier) (Hours after the den is finished, Jade's water breaks suddenly - and she would frantically moving around the throne room for the birth of the Jungle Myrmex Princess) (Jade has mandible-like blades on her arms, and her crown has protrusions that look like antennae) (Jade's clothing resembles a queen's robes)

Queen Jade: (breathing heavily, while moving around the throne room) Oh, it's time. It's time. Soldier, go and bring me the medicine. (turns to [player]) Who are you? How did you get here? [player]: (trying to stand up from the ground) I was exploring the jungle and suddenly a Myrmex soldier grabbed me and brought me all the way here. Queen Jade: (not paying attention to [player], in pain) Oh, the pain. It's intense. The Myrmex Princess is ready to come out. (holds her belly) ([player] looks around, amazed by the hive structure, and the other Myrmex workers moving around, taking care of the eggs and larvae) Queen Jade: (looking back at [player] while taking deep breaths) You must be surprised, right? This is the Jungle Myrmex hive. We have a complex society, you see. (pauses as she feels another contraction) Ahh! ([player] looks on, concerned) Queen Jade: (talking while breathing heavily) Myrmex mothers' wings stop functioning when they become Queens. Something to do with the energy conservation during the birth. And yes, that's why I have these blades on my arms. (grips one of her mandibles) ([player] nods, still amazed) Queen Jade: (continues to talk) We are a matriarchal society, and I am responsible for ensuring the survival of our hive. That's why we have a special birth chamber, where the princess will be born. (At this point, the Myrmex soldiers and workers have brought in the medicine, and the Queen takes it. After a few minutes, the birthing process begins). Queen Jade: (In an intense pushing phase) Almost there, almost there. (stops and a half-triumphant, half-pained expression appears on her face) There she is. (As she holds the newly hatched Myrmex Princess, there is a sense of relief and wonderment in Jade's eyes). Queen Jade: (looking at [player]) Thank you for being here for this. As a token of our gratitude, we will let you go. But we won't forget this kindness. ([player] nods, looking at the small creature in Jade's arms with a new-found appreciation for the Myrmex's way of life).
