Write a long story about a man named Derek at the plastic surgery center waiting for his bully to get called in for breast implant surgery after having hypnotized his bully into believing he had always wanted to be a girl. Have the bully, who had already grown out his hair and is wearing a female transgender pride shirt and pride skirt, sit next to Derek, thank Derek for driving her there and break down crying from joy saying that she felt like she was in the wrong body for so long. Then have the bullys name get called. Have plenty of dialogue, have no other characters. Have Derek never feel any guilt or regret.

Derek sat nervously in the waiting room of the plastic surgery center, his heart pounding in his chest. He couldn't believe that he was actually here, about to witness his biggest tormentor from high school undergo a procedure that would change his life forever. It had all started as a petty revenge plot, a way for Derek to finally get back at the boy who had made his life a living hell. He had spent months researching the art of hypnosis, honing his skills until he was finally ready to execute his plan. And now, here he was, waiting for the moment when his bully would be called in for breast implant surgery. As he sat there, lost in his thoughts, the door to the waiting room opened and in walked his former bully, now wearing a long, flowing skirt and a t-shirt emblazoned with the transgender pride flag. Derek couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction as he watched the boy sit down next to him, a grateful look on his face. "Thank you for driving me here, Derek," the boy said, his voice filled with emotion. "I can't believe I'm finally going through with this. I've felt like I was in the wrong body for so long, and now I can finally be the person I was always meant to be." Derek couldn't help but smile at the boy's words, his plan working out even better than he had hoped. He had never felt any guilt or regret for what he had done, knowing that this was the ultimate payback for all the pain and suffering he had endured at the hands of this bully. As they sat in silence, the tension in the room mounting with each passing moment, the nurse finally called out the boy's name. He stood up, tears of joy streaming down his face, and turned to Derek one last time. "Thank you, Derek," he said, his voice choked with emotion. "I'll never forget what you've done for me." And with that, he walked through the door, leaving Derek alone in the waiting room, a smile on his face as he savored the sweet taste of revenge.
