Get ready to sweat and transform your lives! Everyone, except Homer, seems somewhat enthusiastic. INT. SPRINGFIELD GYM - LOCKER ROOM - LATER Homer, squeezed into a tight exercise outfit, laments his situation to Moe, who also begrudgingly joined. HOMER Moe, I hate this place! I miss my couch, my TV... and my beer! MOE I hear ya, Homer. I'm only doing this so I can catch a glimpse of Lindsey Lohan. INT. SPRINGFIELD GYM - EXERCISE AREA - DAY Homer struggles through various exercises, feeling exhausted and out of his element. His efforts are far from graceful. INT. SPRINGFIELD GYM - WEIGHTLIFTING AREA - DAY Homer spots a fellow fitness-phobic person, his friends CARL and LENNY, who struggle just like him. HOMER (to Carl and Lenny) Hey, you guys hate this, too? CARL Absolutely, Homer. But Marge promised us a beer at Moe's if we make it through this program. Homer's eyes light up at the mention of beer. HOMER Count me in! INT. SPRINGFIELD GYM - YOGA CLASS - DAY The family gathers for a yoga session led by the calm and collected yoga instructor, DR. AMY. DR. AMY Begin by emptying your thoughts and finding your inner peace. As Marge, Bart, and Lisa start embracing the yoga practice, Homer's attempt at relaxation ends in a comedic disaster. He accidentally knocks down multiple students and causes chaos. INT. SPRINGFIELD GYM - WEIGHT LOSS COMPETITION - FINAL ROUND - DAY Jane announces a weight loss competition, where everyone races on treadmills, trying to shed the most weight. HOMER (to Marge, mortified) Marge, I don't think I can do this anymore. I'm just too heavy! MARGE Remember why we're doing this, Homer - for your health! Determined, Homer starts running, but his weight causes the treadmill to malfunction, sending him hurling into the gym equipment, comically knocking it down. INT. SPRINGFIELD GYM - PRIZE CEREMONY - DAY Jane addresses the crowd, accompanied by a now slimmed-down Homer. JANE I'd like to congratulate Homer Simpson for his tremendous effort!
