Patricia Bertier is beautiful, assertive young lawyer who neglected to address her severe case of cold due to busy schedule until she collapses right on the stairs, additionally sustaining some minor injuries. Gloria is fascinated by Patricia ventilator tube and wonders what's it like kissing with it in one's neck, without needing to stop for air. She encourages Patricia and Marcel to do it. They both feel rather awkward but relent and try it. They manage to maintain a kiss until Gloria makes a photo of them, at which point they abruptly stop, embarrassed.
