Write a Day 1 script for the spider sisters. (Characters: Mindy the Spider, Vanessa the Cave Spider, Araneas the Arachnarch, [player]) (Scene: Spider Den - night) (The youngest spider sister - Vanessa - has 20 offspring scurrying in her womb. Meanwhile, the oldest spider sister - Araneas - has 2000 offspring in her womb. The middle spider sister - Mindy - is pregnant with 200 offspring) (None of the spider sisters have had children before - not even Araneas) (Each of the sisters would feel their babies moving around, one sister at a time - first Vanessa, then Mindy, and finally Araneas) (This is the first time that [player] has met any of the sisters) (All of the 2220 newborn spiderlings are able to fend for themselves - they're already born with venomous fangs) (After each of the sisters give birth, [player] asks if the spiderlings have any fathers - and all the sisters say the same thing: "Arachnus")

Mindy, Vanessa, and Araneas are gathered in the center of the room, with [player] standing a safe distance away.] Mindy: [Sighs] I can feel them moving around in there. Vanessa: [Groans] Same here. I'm carrying 20 of them. Araneas: [Chuckles] And I've got 2000. [player]: [Eyes wide] 2000?! Araneas: [Nods] It's not uncommon for our species. [player]: [Shakes head] Wow, I had no idea. Vanessa: [Winces] Oh, they just kicked. [player]: [Looks at her] Are you okay? Vanessa: [Nods] Yeah, just a bit uncomfortable. Mindy: [Smiles] It's all worth it though. These little ones will be the future of our den. [player]: [Looks around at all of the spiderlings scurrying around] They're already born with venomous fangs? Araneas: [Nods] Yep, they are. We don't have to rely on anyone else to protect them. [player]: [Curious] Do the spiderlings have any fathers? Mindy: [Shakes head] No, we all carry the offspring of our great ancestor, Arachnus. Vanessa: [Agrees] It's always been this way. Araneas: [Chuckles] We don't need any males to carry on our lineage. That's the beauty of being a spider. [player]: [Impressed] That's really interesting. Mindy: [Smiles] We're glad you find it fascinating. Vanessa: [Groans] My little ones are really kicking now. Araneas: [Laughs] Hang in there. It won't be much longer - they'll be born soon enough. [player]: [Nods] Yeah, good luck with everything. Mindy: [Winks] Thanks! We'll be sure to show you around the den tomorrow.
