Ruth watches in amazement as David becomes completely entranced by the spiral pattern on her socks. She decides to have a little fun with him and tells him to cluck like a chicken. To her surprise, David immediately begins to cluck and flap his arms like a chicken. Ruth can't believe how suggestible he is to her commands. Feeling a little guilty, Ruth snaps her fingers and breaks the hypnotic trance. David shakes his head, looking confused. "Did you just make me cluck like a chicken?" he asks, clearly embarrassed. Ruth can't help but laugh. "You were totally under my spell! I can't believe it actually worked!" David rolls his eyes, but he can't help but admit that he felt like he was in a dreamlike state while looking at the hypnotic pattern on Ruth's socks. From now on, Ruth decides to be a little more careful when joking around with her hypno-socks. She never knows just how suggestible her friends and family might be!
