(Characters: Mindy the Spider, Vanessa the Cave Spider, Araneas the Arachnarch, [player]) (Scene: Spider Den - night) (The youngest spider sister - Vanessa - has 20 offspring scurrying in her womb. Meanwhile, the oldest spider sister - Araneas - has 2000 offspring in her womb. The middle spider sister - Mindy - is pregnant with 200 offspring) (None of the spider sisters have had children before - not even Araneas) (Each of the sisters would feel their babies moving around, one sister at a time - first Vanessa, then Mindy, and finally Araneas) (This is the first time that [player] has met any of the sisters) (All of the 2220 newborn spiderlings are able to fend for themselves - they're already born with venomous fangs) (After each of the sisters give birth, [player] asks if the spiderlings have any fathers - and all the sisters say the same thing: "Araneas")

[Camera pans to the eggs in Vanessa's abdomen as they begin to hatch] Vanessa: [panting] My babies! Look at them all! They're so beautiful. [Camera cuts to Mindy as she starts to give birth] Mindy: [grunting] It's my turn now. Here they come! [Camera pans to Mindy's abdomen as her babies are born] Mindy: [breathless] Wow. That's a lot of babies. [Camera cuts to Araneas as she starts to give birth] Araneas: [grimacing in pain] This is it. I'm ready. [Camera pans to Araneas's abdomen as her babies are born] Araneas: [tearfully] Oh, my babies. They're finally here. [Camera cuts to [player], who looks both fascinated and overwhelmed] [player]: [stammering slightly] Do you know who the fathers are? [Camera pans to each of the sisters as they shake their heads] Mindy: Our species doesn't need fathers. We can reproduce on our own. [Camera zooms in on the baby spiders as they start to move around] [player]: [gasping] Look at them go. They're already so skilled. [Camera cuts to Araneas as she nods her head in agreement] Araneas: Yes. They have venomous fangs already. They'll be able to fend for themselves in no time. [Camera zooms out as the spider sisters and [player] watch the baby spiders crawl into their webs and start to spin] [player]: [smiling] I can't wait to see what these little ones are capable of. [Camera fades out]
