Schrodinger sat cross-legged on the floor, his eyes glazed as he fiddled with the gramophone in front of him. Seras stood beside him, holding a screwdriver and following his instructions. In the background, there was heated arguing between Alucard, Walter, and Integra. They all had differing opinions on how to proceed with the current mission, and their voices rose higher and higher in volume. Schrodinger and Seras exchanged a glance, both feeling a touch overwhelmed by the frenzy around them. "I think I see the problem," Schrodinger muttered, gesturing to a small gear that had come loose from its place. "Should we tell them to quiet down?" Seras asked tentatively. Schrodinger shook his head. "I doubt it would make a difference at this point." He picked up a small hammer and tapped the gear back into place. The arguing in the background became more intense, and the gramophone suddenly spluttered to life, screeching out a horrible noise. Schrodinger winced and covered his ears, while Seras looked alarmed. "What the hell-" She was cut off as the door slammed open and a scientist burst into the room, brandishing a crowbar. "Did someone say something about needing a tool?" he yelled. Seras took the crowbar from him with a grateful nod, while Schrodinger continued to tinker with the gramophone. The arguing in the background had now escalated into a full-blown brawl, with objects flying and curses being shouted. Seras looked at Schrodinger with concern. "Do you think they'll ever calm down?" Schrodinger shrugged. "Who knows? But at least we fixed the gramophone." He grinned as it emitted a perfect, clear sound. "And that's all that matters, right?" Seras chuckled. "Right. At least we'll have some calming music to listen to when this is all over." They both sat back, enjoying the peaceful notes that emanated from the gramophone, while chaos continued to reign around them.
