(In the school literature clubroom...) Monika: "Natsuki, your turn to share!" (turning towards Natsuki - who is clutching her swollen belly in pain) "...Natsuki?" Natsuki: (wincing in pain, speaking to her belly) "No...not yet, Sakura...not for two more months..." Sayori: "Natsuki, are you okay? You look like you're in a lot of pain." Natsuki: (gritting her teeth) "I think...I'm having contractions..." Sayori: "Contractions? But it's too early! We need to get you to a hospital!" Monika: (rushing to Natsuki's side) "Don't worry, Natsuki. We'll take care of you. Sayori, call an ambulance right away!" Yuri: (nervously) "Should we try to make her more comfortable while we wait?" Monika: "Yes, Yuri, that's a good idea. Let's help Natsuki find a comfortable position." (Together, they help Natsuki sit down on a nearby couch. Sayori hurriedly dials for an ambulance while Yuri and Monika support Natsuki.) Natsuki: (taking deep breaths) "I...I didn't expect this to happen today. I wasn't prepared..." Monika: "It's okay, Natsuki. Sometimes life throws us unexpected challenges. Just focus on your breathing and stay as calm as you can." Yuri: (bringing a blanket) "Here, Natsuki, let me cover you. It might help you relax a bit." Natsuki: (grateful) "Thank you, Yuri." (They wait anxiously for the ambulance to arrive, offering Natsuki words of encouragement and support.) Natsuki: (feeling an extremely intense wave of pain) "OWWWWWWWWWWW!!!"

We're here for you, no matter what." Sayori: (hearing the sound of sirens approaching) "The ambulance is here!" Monika: (relieved) "Finally! Just hold on a little longer, Natsuki." Natsuki: (struggling to breathe) "I'm... trying... but it's so hard..." (The paramedics rush into the room, taking over the care for Natsuki. The girls step back, watching with worried expressions.) Paramedic: "We're going to take care of you now, Natsuki. Just try to relax, and we'll do everything we can." Natsuki: (weakly) "Please... save my baby..." Paramedic: "We'll do our best." (The paramedics quickly transfer Natsuki onto a stretcher and rush her out of the clubroom. The girls follow behind, still offering words of support.) Monika: "You're in good hands, Natsuki. We'll be right there with you." Sayori: "We'll make sure Sakura gets the best care possible." Yuri: "You're not alone, Natsuki. We're here for you every step of the way." (As they leave the clubroom, the girls continue to support Natsuki, praying for a safe delivery.)
