His voice sent a jolt of unexpected pleasure to her core as she gripped his knuckles , trembling with the pressure of their baby's head passing through her pelvis . Holding his palm flush against her trembling pelvis, she ran his thumb over her aching , engorged bud, and used her own touch, melted with his, to ride through the next wave of pressure . He muttered, feeling the shift in her energy. Her muscles began to tense under his fingers, as their child's head began to crown, Lara giving a deep push, controlling its length before breathing out the rest of the urge, moaning softly. "Nice and slow , pant through the next one baby, I'll help you" Liam reassured, as she nodded in desperation , guiding his hand to her stretched opening, "Liam-please-" she cried out, panting hard as the urge to push raged through her abdomen. He glid a finger over her opening , helping to keep her moist as rode out the familiar threshold of blissful agony , panting and releasing her energy in a long moan. "Gentle push Lara , she's coming" The next wave dragged her under, its force wracking her womb. "Oh baby girl , not yet" she breathed , grabbing Liam's wrist and panting hard. Concentrating hard, she took deep pants as her baby inched out , her pants growing shallow and filled with her grunts and moans as the moment grew closer. "She's...phew...coming" Lara gasped, as the next urge to push tugged on her abdomen and she gently submitted, giving a deep push, as the baby's head slid further into the world, stretching her fully . Each careful breath, each moan, and each movement as Liam held her hips in place , caused a culmination of her efforts as she finally released a deep groan of unbridled instinct, as the worked to do the most feminine thing she had ever done in her life; birth her and Liam's child after nine months of pregnancy. It was a the sensual completion of her journey as she whispered "I'm ready, let's have our ....oh gosh...baby" . Her womb convulsed with energy as she pushed with all the strength she had, and then stopped, panting away the residual urge to keep going. "That's it Lara . Amazing push baby, you're so amazing , " Liam whispered in awe , his head close to hers as he watched her efforts in pure amazement. "Her head is almost out, one more push, I have my hand ready to catch her." He urged quietly, his voice rough with pride and encouragement. "You're doing it Lara, you're having our baby. "She smiled and took several deep breaths , filling her diaphragm before bearing down , and pushing their daughter's head into Liam's waiting hand. "You did it Lara. " he smiled , as she fought to catch her breath, the next contraction building , and swelling with a consuming force that stole her breath as she whimpered, "Liam I -can't ". . He responded , his voice low and even "You already are , she's almost here. Her shoulders are coming, Lara. You've got this."Lara nodded , a glimmer of deep focus in her eyes as she grabbed Liam's calloused palm in hers , and inhaled deeply, holding her abdomen as she curled over it, trembling. "That's it Lara, breath then push...now breathe-" . She released a push, breathing from the depths of her lungs as she pushed again, easing the first shoulder out. She stayed in position, rubbing her own hips as she breathed deeply, concentrating on eliciting a soft moan as she welcomed another enveloping urge . Lara then followed through with a strong push, crying out as the second shoulder slid from her opening, and the body followed in a gush of fluid . Her pants intermingled with their daughter's cries , and she fell back against the headboard of the bed , drenched in sweat and panting heavily.
