USER: Hello! I am writing a short story. I'm still in the process of fleshing out the plot and all. I already have an idea of the sequence of events but I don't know what is my plot about:< Can you help me with creating a plot? I'll give you a description if the story I'm writing. It was inspired by Jose Rizal's Noli Me Tangere and a lot of historical manhwas. It takes place in a classical settings wherein an emperor [similar to a king] rules a country along side his court with dukes, earl, etc.]. The female lead (fl) arrives at Fawkey due to a banquet she attends in place of her parents. This country is a very familiar country to her and most painful to remember too because she used to exchange letters with the former prince Nicholas who was said to have disappeared and died during the war which was due to family rivalry of the royals. In this party she meets Ivan, the son of a duke and the male lead (ml). What she does not know is that Ivan is Prince Nicholas who was planning to take back the throne. The fl then gets the emperor's attention and was given the opportunity to become the crown prince's husband and eventually the empress. She however rejects this opportunity. The emperor did not take this lightly and sets her up in a situation wherein she was accused of a crime however Ivan comes up to rescue her and helps her. This is where I have not flesh it out yet. Ivan will eventually ask Aria (the fl) her hand in marriage and she agrees, but I don't know how to make that happen...
