Jay grabs a cereal box and starts pouring himself some breakfast when he hears a strange noise coming from the woods outside. JAY (frowning) What's that noise? [Scene Transition: School, Parking Lot] EXT. SCHOOL PARKING LOT - DAY Jay steps out of his car and looks around, trying to find the source of the noise. He spots Savannah Chen, a cute Asian sophomore with long black hair, standing by her car. JAY (excitedly) Savannah! Did you hear that weird noise coming from the woods this morning? SAVANNAH (curious) Yeah, I did. It sounded like something crashed or something. They exchange puzzled looks before deciding to investigate together. [Scene Transition: Forest, Clearing] EXT. FOREST CLEARING - DAY Jay and Savannah reach a small clearing in the forest when they spot a small, box-like robot with tiny wheels for legs. JAY (amazed) What is that? SAVANNAH (astonished) It's a robot! How did it end up here? The robot starts beeping and whirring, catching their attention. It looks up at them and displays the words "DUST-13" on its screen. JAY (introducing) We should name it Dust-13. Dustie, for short. They both smile as Dustie responds to its new name by emitting a series of delighted beeps. [Scene Transition: Jay's Garage] INT. JAY'S GARAGE - DAY Jay, Savannah, and Dustie - now cleaned up and shiny - sit in Jay's garage, trying to understand Dustie's purpose and origins. SAVANNAH Maybe Dustie was created by someone nearby. We should find out who. JAY (looking determined) Let's investigate the forest....
