They prepare themselves for the battle of their lives, to save their friends and stop the Mind Flayer once and for all. CUT TO: INT. DARK ROOM, UNKNOWN LOCATION - NIGHT Jonathan and Nancy sit together on a luxurious couch, seemingly in a trance, completely under the Mind Flayer's control. They are suddenly snapped out of it when they see the distorted face of the Mind Flayer in their minds, demanding them to find and crush the gang. JONATHAN (cold, calculated) Don't worry, my dear Nancy. No one will ever harm you. I will see to that. NANCY (smirking) Well, Jonathan, I believe I can take care of myself. But isn't it so much more fun when we do it together? As the gang prepares their plan to save Nancy and Jonathan, the possessed couple is also getting ready for their inevitable showdown. You could be the ultimate force if you join us. And in turn, everyone you love would be safe and protected - Mike, your friends, even Hopper. (Eleven hesitates, her eyes drifting to Mike and then back to Nancy.) ELEVEN I... I don't want to hurt innocent people... NANCY (smiling slyly) You won't have to. We can shape our new world together, and you'll be the queen of it all - unstoppable, unbreakable, and universally admired. (Eleven, still uncertain but growing more fascinated by the idea, begins to lower her guard.) NANCY (cont'd) Just imagine it. You, me, and Jonathan, as the new rulers of this world.
