Just looking at the water is giving me chills," Milla said, shivering. "I don't know how he does it. I can barely stand here and watch," Carol said, crossing her arms. The three of them huddled together, trying their best to avoid looking at Naruto. They could not comprehend how someone could spend so much time in water. Naruto, oblivious to the girls' fear, continued to swim across the river with ease. He was enjoying the cool water under the hot sun. "I don't know how he does it," Milla said. "Me neither," Sash added. "I guess some people are just born with the ability to handle water," Carol sighed. The three of them then turned around and walked away, still shaken from witnessing someone confidently swim in water. They would never get over their fear, but they could admire the bravery of others who were more comfortable with water activities.

"Thanks, Carol," Naruto said, smiling at her in gratitude. He then made his way to the bathroom to clean up. A few minutes later, the girls heard the sound of running water. Sash, Carol, and Milla all exchanged a look before Sash said, "I'm gonna go check on him." The other two nodded, and Sash walked over to the bathroom door, knocking lightly. "Naruto, you okay in there?" "Yeah, I'm fine," Naruto replied from behind the door. Sash opened the door and was immediately hit with a wall of steam. She blinked a few times, trying to adjust to the hot, humid air. When she finally managed to open her eyes fully, she saw Naruto standing in the middle of the shower, cleaning himself with a sponge. Sash immediately freaked out, her whole body tensing up. "Oh my god, Naruto, what are you doing?! You can't- you can't just- AH!" She turned around and ran out of the bathroom, her mind unable to process what she had just seen. Carol and Milla heard her screaming and rushed over to see what was wrong. When they found her hyperventilating on the bed, they looked at each other in confusion before Carol said, "Sash, what's going on?!" "Naruto's- He's- He's taking a shower!!" Sash managed to gasp out, her whole body shaking. Carol and Milla exchanged a look before nodding in understanding. They both knew about the girls' fear of water and how they tried to avoid it at all costs. They walked over to Sash, each of them sitting on either side of her and putting a comforting hand on her shoulder. "It's gonna be okay, Sash," Milla said, trying to soothe her. Meanwhile, the Freedom Planet characters, including Lilac, Carol, and Milla watched from the shore with some surprise. "What is he doing?" Lilac asked, her ears perking up in confusion. "He's swimming," Carol replied, her eyes narrowed as she watched Naruto expertly navigate the water. "I don't get it," Milla said, tilting her head to the side. "Don't they hate water?" He had grown up in a culture that valued cleanliness and hygiene, and he couldn't understand why the Freedom Planet characters would dislike baths so much. "It's not that bad," Naruto said, starting to fill up the tub with water. "You'll feel much better after." But as soon as the characters saw the tub filling up with water, they all took off in different directions, each one determined to avoid the bath at all costs. Unfortunately, Lilac wasn't quick enough, and she slipped on the wet bathroom floor, landing backwards in the tub with a loud splash. Naruto couldn't help laughing as Lilac yelled out in frustration, while Milla and Carol looked on in disbelief. "That's why we don't like water!" Carol said, shaking her head. Needless to say, the bath was cancelled, and the Freedom Planet characters made a mental note to avoid water at all costs from now on.

But as Lilac lost her balance and started to fall into the water, Naruto's laughter turned into concern as he jumped towards her to pull her back up. The other characters watched in amazement as Naruto effortlessly hauled Lilac back to safety. As she shook out her fur, Lilac admitted that Naruto had made her feel a little more confident about the water. The group spent the rest of the day splashing and playing in the river, with Naruto encouraging them to take risks and push past their fears. With Naruto's guidance, the Freedom Planet characters learned to embrace the water, even if they still didn't love the feeling of falling into it. As the sun began to set and they all collapsed onto the river bank, exhausted and exhilarated from their day of fun, they knew that they had Naruto to thank for helping them conquer their fear and discover a new side to themselves.
