She's not usually that panicked. But as I got closer to the clubroom, I started to hear screams of pain coming through the door. Burst through the door, and was shocked at what I saw.) Himari: "B-Big Bro?! When did you get here?!" Kohana: "W-What are you doing here?" MC: "I heard screams and came to see what was going on. Are you all okay?" Himari: "Something's wrong with Sayori. She's in pain..." MC: "Sayori? Where is she?" Kohana: "She's over there, on(I could hear Sayori screaming in pain from the ground." (I hurried over to Sayori, who was lying on the ground, clutching her stomach.) MC: "Sayori, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Sayori: "It hurts, MC. It hurts so much. AAAAAAAAGH!!!" MC: "Okay, we need to get her to the nurse's office right away. Can someone help me carry her?" (Himari and Kohana nod, and we carefully lift Sayori off the ground. I can feel her shaking with pain, and it breaks my heart to see her like this. As we make our way to the nurse's office, I try to calm her down as best I can.) MC: "It's okay, Sayori. We're going to take careother end of you." Sayori: "I-I'm sorry, MC. I don't know what's happening to me." MC: "Don't apologize, Sayori. Just focus on staying calm." (When we finally reach the nurse's office, we explain the situation to her and she quickly gets to work examining Sayori.) Nurse: "It looks like she's experiencing some severe cramping. I'm going to give her some pain medication and she should start feeling better soon." Sayori: "I-I don't think these are normal cramps. AAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!! I think something's coming out!!" (We all watch as Sayori lies down and sprawls her legs open.) Kohana: "Sayori, what's wrong?" (Sayori suddenly lets out a pained scream. And minutes later, the cries of a newborn baby filled the room.)
CHATBOT: MC: "What happened to her?" Yuri: "We don't know. She just suddenly started screaming in pain and won't stop." (I quickly rush over to Sayori and try to comfort her.) Monika: "We need to calm her down. Talking to her in a soothing voice and helping her focus on her breathing can help. I can guide you through it." And so, with Monika's guidance, we spent the next few minutes soothing and calming Sayori, helping her get through the panic attack. It wasn't easy, but we managed to get her breathing back to normal and her heart rate under control. Sayori: "Thank you...thank you all." MC: "Don't thank us. We should've been there for you sooner." Monika: "It's okay. The most important thing is that you're okay now." And with that, we all breathed a sigh of relief and went back to our normal club activities. Himari: "She's still in a lot of pain, but she's managing. We're keeping her comfortable until the ambulance arrives." (It didn't take long for the ambulance to arrive. The paramedics rushed into the clubroom and quickly assessed Sayori's condition. They gently lifted her onto a stretcher and took her to the hospital.) MC: "I'll go with her. You girls stay here and wait for updates." Kohana: "Please let us know how she's doing as soon as you can." (I nodded and hurried after the paramedics. As we got into the ambulance, Sayori's hand reached out and grasped mine.) Sayori: "Big Bro...please don't leave me." MC: "I won't, Sayori. I promise." (The ambulance doors closed and we were off to the hospital. I could only hope that she would be okay.)

It could be something serious." The group nodded in agreement, and they quickly made arrangements to get Sayori to the hospital. As they rode in the ambulance, they all prayed that Sayori would be okay and that whatever was causing her pain would be easily treatable. When they arrived at the hospital, Sayori was rushed into surgery. The wait was agonizing for everyone involved, but thankfully the surgery was a success. Sayori was going to be okay. As they left the hospital, Himari turned to MC with tears in her eyes. Himari: "Thank you so much for being there to help us. I don't know what we would have done without you." MC: "Of course. (We all got into the car and drove to the hospital, anxious to see how Sayori was doing. We knew it wouldn't be easy, but we were all determined to stay by her side and help her through whatever she was going through.)

Sayori: "Maybe... I don't know. But I promise I'll take better care of myself from now on." MC: "Okay, but if it happens again, let us know. We're here for you, Sayori." (As we all reassured Sayori, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to her pain than just a stomachache. But for now, all we could do was wait and hope that she'll be okay.)
