USER: (As I sat by the hospital bed, I couldn't believe what was happening. MC, my childhood friend, was dying. Ever since he got in that accident, I was praying that he would be okay. And then, I took one last look at me.) MC: "Sayori...you were the best friend I've had since childhood. And...tell my little sister Himari that I'll miss her." (Tears rolled down my cheek as I looked into MC's eyes.) Sayori: "Thank you, MC. I'll do my best for you. Himari will miss you too, but she'll always remember you in her heart." MC: "I'm glad. And please, don't forget about me. Remember the good times we had together, and keep smiling, okay?" Sayori: "I won't forget you, MC. I promise. And I'll try to keep smiling for you." (MC weakly gave me a smile before he closed his eyes for the final time. I held onto his hand, not wanting to let go. It was a painful goodbye, but I knew that MC was at peace now. I silently made a vow to always cherish his memory and to never forget the impact he had on my life. The day after his funeral, I went back to the clubroom. I could see some of the other girls - namely Yuri, Monika, Himari, and Kohana - all discussing something. But the nearby pool full of warm water is a little odd - why is it here? And where was Natsuki?) Sayori: "Hey, girls. What's going on?" Yuri: "Oh, Sayori. We were just discussing something important." Monika: "Yes, we were thinking about how we could honor MC's memory." Sayori: "That's a great idea. What were you thinking?" Kohana: "Well,...
CHATBOT: Sayori: "Wait, what? Natsuki, are you okay?" Natsuki: "Huh? Oh, yeah. I'm fine, just a little tired. The warm water is really soothing." Yuri: "I don't think that's how it works, Natsuki." Monika: "Yeah, shouldn't you be going to the hospital or something?" Natsuki: "Hospital? Why would I go to the hospital?" Kohana: "Because you're having a baby, Natsuki." Natsuki: "What?! I'm having a baby?! When did this happen?!" Sayori: "Natsuki, how did you not know you were pregnant?" Natsuki: "I don't know! I've been feeling kind of off lately, but I just thought it was stress or something." Yuri: "We need to get you to a hospital, Natsuki. This is serious." Monika: "I'll call for an ambulance." Kohana: "I'll go with her." Sayori: "I'll stay here and try to figure out what just happened." (Natsuki was rushed to the hospital, and the rest of us were left in shock. We couldn't believe that Natsuki was having a baby, and we had no idea how she didn't know. But regardless of that, we still wanted to honor MC's memory. We decided to start working on the book together, gathering all of our favorite memories of him. It was a bittersweet task, but it helped us feel closer to him. And as we worked, we couldn't help but think about the new life that was about to enter the world. It was like a reminder that even though we lost MC, the world was still full of new beginnings and hope.)

Monika: "Well, that makes our idea even more apt. We can also include memories of MC's impact on Natsuki's life." Sayori: "Absolutely. Let's get started then." (Together, we worked on creating a special book in honor of MC. We filled it with memories, stories, and photographs of MC. It was a beautiful tribute to our friend who had touched our lives in so many ways. As we finished, we all looked at each other, our eyes red from tears, yet our hearts filled with love and gratitude for the time we had shared with MC.) Sayori: "Rest in peace, MC. We'll never forget you."

They continue to discuss ways to honor MC's memory and eventually decide on creating the memory book. Over the next few weeks, they work together to compile their favorite stories, pictures, and memories of MC. It's a beautiful tribute to their friend, and one they know he would have loved. And even though MC may be gone, his memory will always live on through the love and friendship he shared with those around him.)

(Tears rolled down my cheek as I looked into MC's eyes.) Sayori: "Thank you, MC.
CHATBOT: (All of us were shocked and confused by Natsuki's sudden announcement. What labor pains? And whose head was coming through?) Sayori: "Natsuki, what are you talking about? Whose head is coming through?" Natsuki: "My baby's, duh." (The realization hit me like a ton of bricks. Natsuki was pregnant - and none of us knew. We were all so caught up in MC's tragedy that we hadn't noticed anything else going on in our lives.) Yuri: "Oh my goodness, I had no idea." Kohana: "Me neither. Congratulations, Natsuki." Monika: "We'll definitely honor MC's memory, but let's also celebrate new life." (Smiling through tears, we all got into the pool with Natsuki, feeling thankful for the reminder that life goes on even in the face of death.)

Natsuki: "Well...it certainly helps with the laborbirthing pains. Ooh...I think I feel the head coming through!"
CHATBOT: (Everyone in the room was stunned into silence for a moment, and then Monika spoke up.) Monika: "Natsuki, what are you talking about?" Natsuki: "Huh? Oh, sorry. I must have mixed up the chats I was having. What were we talking about?" Sayori: "We were talking about creating a book filled with memories of MC." Natsuki: "Oh, right. Sorry about that. That's a great idea. We can all contribute our favorite memories of MC and put them all together in one place." Yuri: "And perhaps we could make copies to give to his family and friends as well." Kohana: "And we can also include some of his favorite quotes and poems, to honor his love for literature." Sayori: "Yes, and also some pictures of all of us together, to show how much he meant to us." Monika: "It's settled then. We'll start working on the book tomorrow. Everyone, please make sure to gather your favorite memories and pictures." (As we discussed the details of the project, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the girls in the Literature Club. Even in the face of such sadness, they always found a way to come together and create something beautiful. And in doing so, they helped us all honor the memory of someone we loved and respected. I knew that we would never forget MC as long as we had each other and our memories of him.)

Monika: "Please tell me this is some kind of joke." Natsuki: "What? Oh, did I say that out loud? I meant to say that the warm water feels nice on my muscles." (I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I knew Natsuki was pregnant, but I had no idea she was about to give birth. The girls and I quickly helped Natsuki out of the pool and rushed her to the hospital.) Sayori: "We can honor MC's memory another time, girls. Right now, Natsuki needs our support." (The rest of the day was spent at the hospital, waiting for Natsuki to give birth. It was a surreal experience - saying goodbye to a dear friend and welcoming new life into the world at the same time. But somehow, it felt like a fitting tribute to MC's memory. He was always about new beginnings and living life to the fullest. And that's exactly what was happening right in front of us.)

But yes, and I'm giving birth...right now."
CHATBOT: (The girls all rushed to Natsuki's side to help her through the process. Amidst the chaos, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the mixture of emotions I was experiencing. Joy for Natsuki and her new baby, sadness for MC's passing, and nostalgia for the memories we shared together. But most of all, I felt grateful for the friends around me. They were there for me during one of the hardest moments of my life, and they would continue to be there for me in the future.)

Even though we had just lost MC, it was comforting to know that life goes on and new moments of happiness can still be created. MC will always hold a special place in our hearts, but we know that he would have wanted us to keep moving forward and making the most of our lives.)

Kohana: "Uh, Natsuki, what are you talking about? You're not pregnant, are you?" Natsuki: "What? No, of course not! Don't be ridiculous. I'm just pretending, you know, for a role play game." Yuri: "Role play game? I don't understand." Natsuki: "Yeah, it's this game I saw online called 'Water Birth Simulator'. You act out giving birth in a pool of warm water. It's supposed to help with stress relief or something." Monika: "Oh, I see. Well, that's certainly an interesting way to cope with stress." Sayori: "But maybe we should focus on honoring MC's memory first before we dive into role playing games." The group nodded in agreement and got back to discussing their plans for the memory book. Even though Natsuki's birthing role play was a bit odd, it didn't dampen the group's determination to honor their friend's memory in the best way possible.

CHATBOT: Everyone in the room looked at Natsuki with shock and confusion. It took a moment for her strange comment to register with us. Suddenly, I realized that Natsuki was heavily pregnant. She had been absent from the club meetings for the past few weeks due to her pregnancy. Sayori: "Natsuki, what are you talking about? Are you having contractions right now?" Natsuki: "Yeah, I've been in labor for a few hours now. But it's okay, I'm used to it by now." The rest of us were stunned. We had no idea Natsuki was expecting, let alone that she was this far along in the pregnancy. Yuri: "Natsuki, why didn't you tell any of us?" Natsuki: "I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. Plus, I didn't want MC to worry about me when he was going through his own struggles." Monika: "But Natsuki, we're your friends. We want to be here for you during this exciting time." Kohana: "Yes, we should take you to the hospital. You need proper medical care and attention." Natsuki hesitated for a moment, looking down at her bulging belly. Natsuki: "Okay, I guess you're right. Let's go to the hospital. But first, can someone help me out of this pool?" We all rushed to Natsuki's side, making sure she was safe and comfortable. As we helped her out of the pool and gathered our things, I couldn't help but think about how much MC would have loved to be a part of this moment. I knew he was watching over us, though, and that brought me some comfort. As we left the clubroom and headed to the hospital, we said a silent prayer for MC and his family, knowing that he would always be with us in spirit.

Natsuki looked at me and nodded, a small smile on her face. Natsuki: "Yeah, I'm due any day now. But don't worry, MC knew about it before he passed. He was so excited to become an uncle." Tears welled up in my eyes. It was bittersweet to hear that MC knew of this new life, but couldn't be here to see it. Sayori: "Natsuki...you should have told us." Monika: "Yes, we would have loved to have a baby shower for you." Yuri: "And we could have made a beautiful book for the baby, filled with memories of their uncle." Himari: "And...I could have made them some cute outfits." Natsuki smiled at all of us. Natsuki: "Thank you, guys. This means a lot to me." We all gathered around Natsuki, giving her hugs and congratulating her on the new arrival. Though we were still grieving MC's loss, it was comforting to know that life continued on, with new beginnings and memories to be made.
