Batman advances, throwing a series of batarangs designed to disarm and incapacitate. Joker, surprisingly nimble, dodges and twirls like a twisted dancer, avoiding the onslaught. JOKER (1989) (CONT'D) You always had such wonderful toys... Joker pulls out a comically large revolver and fires. Batman, anticipating the move, activates a magnetic pulse from his utility belt, causing the bullet to be deflected harmlessly away. He then launches a grappling hook, pulling himself toward the Joker at breakneck speed. CLOSE ON BATMAN'S ARMORED BOOTS as they hit the ground with a metallic thud, and he unleashes a flurry of combat-trained punches and kicks. Joker counters with wild, unpredictable moves, revealing his own form of chaotic "fighting style." JOKER (1989) (CONT'D) Dance with the devil in the pale moonlight, Bats! Joker manages to get a hit in, surprising Batman with a joy buzzer handshake, sending a jolt of electricity through Batman's suit. Batman recoils momentarily before regaining control, employing a grounding technique to dissipate the shock. BATMAN (2016) You haven't changed. Chaos, destruction--it's all a joke to you.
